Step 1: Turn and open, detach the insert from the package jar.

Step 2: Separate the pump and container jar. Due to the low air pressure inside, they can be attached very tight.

Step 3: you will see a piece of plastic (round and transparent color). If you see it inside the product jar, please process to the next step.

If you don’t see it inside the product jar because it is attached to the pump. You can easily separate them. Clean the plastic piece, then put it back to the product jar. Push it to the bottom of the product jar
