GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper) is like your skin’s renovation crew. It naturally occurs in the body, and levels drop as we age. Topically, it’s been shown to:

Meet AHK-Cu: The energizer

AHK-Cu (L-alanine-L-histidine-L-lysine copper) is structurally similar but tends to be more active in hair and scalp biology. It has great antioxidant potential and signals around vascular growth factors — that means circulation, nutrient delivery, and cellular energy.

I often formulate AHK-Cu into scalp serums or anti-thinning routines. Where GHK-Cu helps rebuild the walls, AHK-Cu makes sure the lights stay on and the energy bills get paid.
